Fix bindings related to the "show-legend" setting

Browse Source 
- Bind to xfconf so the "show-legend" setting is saved when toggled in
  the settings dialog.
- Flip the binding in xtm_process_window_init so the visibility of the
  legend is initialized from XtmSettings.
