Port to xfconf
...
The internal XtmSettings object is retained so we don't have to refactor
everything, but the backend now uses Xfconf over the rc file.

Use --enable-gtk2 if you still want to build with the older toolkit, but
the corresponding code might go away at some point....

...
Only check for wnck/gksu in the other case.
This way one only needs --enable-gtk3 to switch.

Add optional link on libwnck (default=yes) and build a new object from
app-manager.c to keep an up to date list of applications with their name
and icon. Use it inside the task manager object to display inside the
tree view.
