vagrant up --provider virtualbox

This may show an error related to MAC addresses, but just try again:

vagrant up

vagrant ssh

sudo pkg install git gmake
|
|
git clone https://github.com/raboof/nethogs
|
|
cd nethogs
|

gmake

sudo ./src/nethogs
