Mike Massonnet 2a858e2acd Always paint the last monitor peak

Round the minimum history length and always paint the last peak even if
it doesn't fit entirely. This change was needed because visible with
some refresh rates.

The latest version of xfce4-taskmanager can always be obtained from

** Requirements **

GTK+ 2.12
Libwnck 2.0 (optional)

** Building **

./configure
make
make install (as root if needed)

** Usage **

The GUI can be started by running 'xfce4-taskmanager'.
