Mike Massonnet 2f995e8226 Display window icons/names

Add optional link on libwnck (default=yes) and build a new object from
app-manager.c to keep an up to date list of applications with their name
and icon. Use it inside the task manager object to display inside the
tree view.

** Retrieving **

The latest version of xfce4-taskmanager can always be obtained from
http://goodies.xfce.org/releases/xfce4-taskmanager/. Please check to 
see if there is a newer version available before reporting bugs.

** Requirements **

GTK+ 2.12

** Building **

./configure
make
make install (as root if needed)

** Usage **

The GUI can be started by running 'xfce4-taskmanager'.
