Mike Massonnet f59f68001f Hide "Information" options from settings dialog

The settings refresh-rate and columns are set through the
settings tool button and implementing them inside the
settings dialog is a useless headache. They are therefore
made temporarily invisible. The solution will be to use
Gtk/Exo bindings.

** Requirements **

GTK+ 2.12
Cairo 1.5
Libwnck 2.0 (optional)

** Building **

./configure
make
make install (as root if needed)

** Usage **

The GUI can be started by running 'xfce4-taskmanager'.
